MrTom 19:47 | Hello, I loaded some test Vector Maps online and saved them to my SD card via: Settings >Debug Options(Advanced) >Select Map Cache Folder >TrackMyJourney >Map Cache (that's the folder name for saving) Looking at the SD card, the files are indeed in the designated folder. When I attempt to view the maps offline (Menu Page 4) they do not load, showing the 4 red squares indicating not loading. Raster maps in another SD folder (TrackMyJourney>Atlas>NameOfSpecficMapFolder)are viewed correctly. I have several raster maps in the Atlas Folder. Stephen 20:57 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Tom, I'm a little stumped - it sounds like you've set up TMJ correctly, so its a bit odd. Some possible things to try: - anything relevant listed in the event log (Menu/Settings/Debug/View Event Log)? Also, in Vector Map Options/Map Status, what is the last line listed for each tile (something like 'Loaded', 'Not Available', 'Loading Failed' etc)? - are the map tiles being saved into the TMJ-## subfolders within your cache folder (ie //SDCard/TrackMyJourney/Map Cache/TMJ-##/TMJ-######etc) - at what point did you switch to using the Map Cache Folder? - any tiles downloaded before that point won't be saved to the folder, even if at that point they are currently being displayed onscreen. - does the memory card have plenty of free space? - do the ONLINE raster tiles cache correctly (they should also end up in the same folder), or do they also suffer the same problem. - unlikely to be the cause, but might be worth checking the memory card for errors (BlackBerry Options/Memory/Repair, or similar, might be different for OS 4.5) Any luck? MrTom 22:48 | Another OPERATOR ERROR, PROBLEM: When I upgraded to v0.7.7 I changed the name of where I wanted online vector maps stored. I backed up the settings to the SD card BUT did not reload the backup settings to TMJ. So apparently TMJ stored the online downloaded vector maps in the correct location BUT when it reading the maps it looked at a location(the previous location) that did not exist...
