Check in the phones Application manager that TMJ has access to read/write to the phones memory card. (It might be listed as 'Allow Access' or 'Prompt Each Time', or similar. Also, the phone might block access to particular folders - try manually creating a new folder in the root of the memory card and see if TMJ is able to export into this...

Hi. In my blackberry curve 8310, I select the logs to be generated as GPX files, but they´re saved as .gpx.rem, and I can´t open it on my PC. No matter what file format I choose, it always include a .rem extension on my logs and on exported files, too.
What can I do so I can access this files?
Thanks.

Hi,

I haven't come across this before but a google search suggests that the REM extension is added if the BlackBerry is set to encrypt files on the media card (so that they're unreadable if its lost/stolen). This can be turned off in Options/Advanced Options/Media Card - set Encryption Mode to None.
I don't know whether changing this setting will unencrypt existing files (or only new ones), but you should be able to access them by transferring them to the PC via the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, or possibly by emailing them to yourself from the phone.
Hope that helps!

Regards,
Stephen
